By submitting a task request to a Doer, you agree to the following:

Scope of Work
Doer’s complete tasks within the My Studio Manager platform only. Tasks may include, but are not limited to, importing contacts, setting up automations, updating websites, transferring email templates, and creating smart lists.
Task Pricing - My Studio Manager Pro
All tasks are charged at $40 AUD per hour. Billing is calculated in 30-minute increments. A minimum of 30 minutes will be charged. Our Team keep detailed time tracking for all tasks.
Approval of Charges
By submitting a task, you acknowledge that you will be billed at the standard rate. You agree to these charges upon submission. If a task is expected to take significantly longer than estimated, we will notify you for approval before proceeding.
Turnaround Time
Standard task turnaround is within 3-5 business days. Urgent tasks may not always be accommodated — if urgent assistance is required, please contact support to discuss availability.
Fair Use Policy
Task submissions must be reasonable and actionable. Large-scale projects (e.g., full website rebuilds, full system reconfigurations) are not considered “Doer tasks” and will require a separate project agreement and quote.
Accuracy of Instructions
It is the customer’s responsibility to clearly outline the task and provide all necessary information to complete it. Incomplete or unclear instructions may cause delays.
Right to Refuse Tasks
My Studio Manager reserves the right to decline any task submission that falls outside of these terms or is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or unfeasible.
